Born in Delices, Dominica, and raised between the Caribbean and Canada, Dennis Augustine is a Digital Transformation Leader with over 26 years in the Software and Digital Experience industry. A former minister turned tech entrepreneur, his uncommon journey from the pulpit to digital products has given him a unique perspective on leadership, community, and purpose. As CEO and Co-Founder of TechGuilds, he built the company from inception to a successful exit in 2017. As Founding Partner at Konabos Inc., he orchestrated more than 10x growth in size and revenue. Now back home in the Caribbean, Dennis leads The DX Alliance — championing digital sovereignty, policy advocacy, and economic opportunity for the region. He serves on the Board of Feed My Sheep Dominica, the Executive Committee of the Caribbean Digital Finance Alliance (CDFA), and the Digital Societies Committee of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).

From a little village called Delices in Dominica, to the pulpit, to the boardroom, to fighting for Caribbean digital sovereignty — this is my story. An uncommon road through ministry, entrepreneurship, family tragedy, resilience, and a deep calling to serve. The prodigal son has returned home, and there's work to be done.
